Compliance with Danish Law

YourFlavours operates in full compliance with Danish law. All transactions, consumer rights, and business practices adhere to the applicable Danish regulations, including consumer protection laws, GDPR for data security, and fair trade policies. By shopping with us, you are covered under Danish consumer rights and legal protections.


How to Shop at yourflavours.com

To make a purchase with us, follow these 5 steps:

  1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your personal details.
  3. Select your shipping/payment method.
  4. Accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
  5. Check that all details are correct on the summary page and approve the purchase.

At yourflavours.com, you can only order products via our webshop or by visiting our store. If you have questions about products or requests for items not listed on the site, feel free to contact us.

Your order confirmation will be available in your profile if you have created one. Otherwise, you will receive it at the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation does not appear in your inbox. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, contact us via our contact form.


Agreement Formation

  1. When you place an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email detailing the items you have ordered.
  2. All contracts are concluded in Danish.

Purchases and Online Payments at yourflavours.com

At yourflavours.com, you can pay using:

  • Dankort
  • Visa-Dankort
  • Diners Club
  • Mastercard
  • Visa Electron
  • MobilePay

There are no fees for cards issued in Denmark.


Fees for Foreign Cards

  • Mastercard: 2% of the purchase amount
  • VISA: 2% of the purchase amount

When you pay by card, you are always protected against misuse. You can dispute a payment when reviewing your statement. If your card is misused in an online shop using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, you are not liable for any amount. This offers better security than physical card use, where liability is up to 1,200 DKK if your card is misused with a PIN code.

Data you provide when purchasing with a credit card is encrypted (SSL) and can only be read by PBS. Neither yourflavours.com nor any third parties can access this information.

The amount for the products is only deducted when the items are shipped from yourflavours.com. The total amount will never exceed the amount approved at purchase.


Shipping/Delivery

  • GLS Parcel Shop: 35 DKK
  • GLS Home Delivery: 49 DKK
  • PostNord Parcel Shop: 35 DKK
  • PostNord Home Delivery: 49 DKK

All packages are sent via GLS or PostNord, equipped with track and trace for secure delivery. You can track your package on GLS or PostNord's website.

Unless otherwise agreed, we always ship your entire order together.

If your goods are damaged during delivery, please contact the carrier to report the damage.

Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 3 PM are usually shipped the next business day. For items from external warehouses, delivery is typically 3-5 business days. If any products are out of stock and require additional delivery time, we will contact you with an alternative delivery date.

If you allow your package to be placed at a specific location when you’re not home, the responsibility for the package shifts to the consumer/buyer upon delivery to the agreed location.

We do not guarantee delivery to non-bridge-connected islands. Please contact us if in doubt.

For lost shipments, carriers have up to 72 hours to locate the package once a claim is filed. If your package is delayed, please contact either the carrier or yourflavours to initiate a search.


Right of Withdrawal / Incorrect Purchases

As a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal at yourflavours.com. This right applies only to products purchased online via yourflavours.com. Return shipping costs for withdrawal/incorrect purchases are borne by the consumer.


Complaints

You may be eligible for:

  • An exchange of the item
  • Repairs
  • A refund
  • A price reduction

Complaints must be made within "reasonable time" after identifying the defect. Complaints filed within two months are always considered timely.
